With college basketball crowning a new champion and the NBA playoffs gearing up, Megatouch is ratcheting up the hoops hysteria with free giveaways of its newly released, basketball-themed iPhone and iPod touch game, Hoop Jones.

This is the fourth Megatouch iPhone application and follows the release of the classic games Photo Hunt, Lucky 11’s and Monkey Bash.

With Hoop Jones for iPhone, fans can satisfy their basketball fixations by firing up foul shots, three pointers and half-court bombs. The app features 10 levels of play for game addicts of all skill levels as well as a global leaderboard that enables players to keep score against other iPhone and iPod touch users.

Available through the Apple iTunes App Store, Hoop Jones is free for a limited time.
